UPDATE:
Suddenly, the pastor has change his mind.
It seems the church’s insurance company canceled his policy. So, Browne finally announced that he would close the place down for now because of “religious persecution” and “government tyranny,”
However, Browne’s attorney admitted that the arrest of his client earlier this week by Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister caused the evangelical pastor’s insurance to be canceled.
“On Monday, the sheriff held this circus of a press conference and frankly lied to the American people and around the world,” said the attorney. “Defamed this pastor, put him at risk, painted a target on his back — on the back of the church. Ultimately resulting in death threats, even the cancellation of insurance by the insurance carrier. This has got to stop.”
But why would Browne care about losing his insurance?
What happened “In God We Trust?”
Browne wants to reopen his church for Easter, but that depends on on whether God or the insurance company will protect him. Let’s wait and see which one saves him.

Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne of a Florida megachurch has been arrested after he continued to hold Sunday services with hundreds of people in defiance of government orders put in place to limit the spread of coronavirus.
The pastor publicly defended his decision to keep the church open, saying they had put measures in place to disinfect the space.
“We brought in 13 machines that basically kill every virus in the place and if somebody walks through the door it's like, it kills everything on them. If they sneeze, it shoots it down at like 100mph, It’ll neutralize it in split seconds. We have the most sterile building in, I don't know, all of America.”
He goes on to say, “If there has ever been a time in the history of our world when we all need God's help, it is now. For that reason, we believe that the doors of Solid Rock Church should remain open.”
“Listen, this has to be the safest place. If you cannot be saved in church, you in serious trouble.'
In a statement on the church's website, they compared their services to the hospitals and law enforcement during the pandemic.
“In a time of national crisis, we expect certain institutions to be open and certain people to be on duty. We expect hospitals to have their doors open 24/7 to receive and treat patients. We expect our police and firefighters to be ready and available to rescue and to help and to keep the peace,” they said.
“The church is another one of those essential services. It is a place where people turn for help and for comfort in a climate of fear and uncertainty. Therefore, we feel that it would be wrong for us to close our doors on them, at this time, or any time.”
Why do we keep posting about churches, pastors and their arrogance?
If the virus didn’t spread to anyone else outside the church we wouldn’t even discuss this.
But the fact is, their behavior endangers all of us.
Maybe these pastors and their followers believe in divine intervention, but at the moment, protection from the Heavens seems to be nowhere in sight.
If all these prayers and faith healers can actually do anything, why is it all talk and no action, where are the miracles and healings we keep hearing about?
Throughout history Pagans have been persecuted for their beliefs, even though those beliefs never posed a danger to anyone.
As Pagans, we don’t impose our practices on others, nor do we ignore our communities and we don’t insist everyone participate in our beliefs.
At present churches are complaining that their reckless behavior is a constitutional right and we just have to accept the consequences, regardless of the outcome.
Unfortunately there are more than enough people who’ll buy into whatever these pastors are selling.
