English Heritage’s Facebook page posted the following:
Unfortunately, we have cancelled our Summer Solstice celebrations at Stonehenge.
This is following the extension of the current Covid restrictions to beyond 21 June.
We're as disappointed as you but we can't wait to see you in person at Summer Solstice next year.
We know how important Solstice is to many of you and we hope that you'll join us online, for free, to watch the Solstice sunset and sunrise:
