Allergy suffers, we tried it ourselves and it really works.

The combination of Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils can create a powerful all-natural antihistamine, these three oils together can cool down body inflammation resulting from the body’s allergies.

The typical formula for using these oils as an antihistamine is to combine equal parts Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils taken orally.
We place a drop of each on the tongue and our eyes stopped itching and we stopped sneezing.
