Worrying

While worry is natural, we all have worries from time to time, but far too often worrying gets out of hand.

Worry becomes the monster and it starts to overpower your life and even your health.

While worrying isn’t going to magically go away and it may seem easier said than done, there are some thoughts you may want to consider:

Do You Worry About Everything?

Worry often gives a small thing a big shadow.”
Swedish Proverb

Do you worry about everything?
You know how it starts.
It begins with a nagging thought.
That creates more nagging thoughts.
And suddenly your mind is filled with such negativity you've lost control of everything else.

You feel helpless, out of control and you believe the sky really is falling.
We've all heard that most of things you worry about have never happened, but what if it does? you ask.

It's easier said than done, but try to remember when you feel the depths of despair closing in, most of the stuff we worry about really doesn't happen.

When fears invade your mind, ask yourself, what is the worst that could happen?
After asking yourself, figure out what you can do about it, if that unlikely fear actually happens.
Usually the most terrible thing that does happen is not as horrible as what your thoughts conjured up.

When we worry a lot we also worry about what others are thinking, because you just know their every thought is about you.
Trying to read someone’s mind is pretty much useless and it usually creates a doomsday disaster in your mind.
So, if you're really concerned, just try talking, asking what you feel you need to know.
This way you'll  be able to avoid unnecessary thoughts of negativity.

It's really true when people say, others don’t think about you as much as you think they do.
They most likely are concerned about what other people think of them, and thinking about their own lives.

The bottom line is this, do your best, be your best, trust in who you are, not in who others are.
Use your crystals, your energy and the power within you to overcome obstacles of worry.
