The Akashic Records contain energy that makes up everything in the universe.
This energy is referred to as “Akasha”, which is derived from the words “Aka”, which means storage place, and “Sa”, which means hidden or secret. The simplest translation of Akasha is “an unseen space or storage place.”
The Akashic Records are the record of your soul’s journey, from the time you first arise from Source until you eventually return home. The Akashic energy holds all your thoughts, feelings, actions and deeds from each lifetime.

The Akashic Records are understood as hidden, but can be accessed at any time by anyone. Often, we unknowingly access these records on a daily basis.
Whenever you have a flash of intuition, or a “hunch”, you are receiving a glimpse into the divine wisdom contained within the Akashic records.
The Records can be accessed through intuition, meditation or simply calming yourself and asking.
The best way to gain self access is to open up to our intuition and inner guidance intentionally.
