In the materialistic world that we live, most people are heavily attached to objects, things and possessions.
They feel so insecure that they cling as much as they can to their possessions, afraid that otherwise they might be taken them away and this causes tremendous suffering and anguish.
The reality, however, is that life is temporary, and we’re all just travelers in this world — hence the more attached we are to our possessions, the more we are bound to suffer.
