Winter Solstice

It’s finally autumn.

It’s time for the Harvest Moon, this year the Harvest Moon will peak at 5:05 p.m. EDT on Thursday, October 1.

The Harvest Moon gets its name because it’s the closest full moon to the autumn equinox, also known as the first day of fall (September 22 this year).

Then we’ve got the next full moon, known as the Hunter’s Moon, also known as a blue moon.

This is so great, it’s on October 31st, it’s the Blue Halloween Hunter’s Moon.

This is the first time a Halloween full moon has appeared for all time zones since 1944.

On the evening of the Harvest Moon, go out into nature even if that means your backyard, maybe with a a fire pit.

If your inside, create atmosphere inside with candles, pumpkins and or incense or anything that creates a harvest environment.

Then put on a playlist specifically created to invite the emotion of gratitude for all the many blessings you have in your life, from food, clean water to a roof over your head, loved ones, and even the things like your favorite coffee or the love you have for your pet family members.

The harvest moon’s energy is intense. It’s a great time to place your crystals and crystal jewelry out under the open sky to cleanse them and allow them to soak in this moon’s energy.
