An ancient 'solstice' tree over 500 years old has been destroyed in a suspected arson attack.
In the photos you can see the 40ft-high Whiteleaved Oak near Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire, UK engulfed in flames.
This beautiful oak is now a charred stump after this horrific fire.
Firefighters battled the fire for several hours before the flames were finally extinguished.
The cause of the blaze is being investigated is suspected arson.
This once majestic oak brought people in from all over the world to take part in the rituals of Druids.
'The White Leaved Oak is thought to be around 500 years old and is featured on many websites and books.
