We Love Coffee - And it's Good for You

We like our coffee, actually we love coffee, and we are very pleased to report drinking coffee may protect the liver against a number of diseases, at least that's what the World Health Organization says.

Mind you, this same organization had been warning people on the dangers between coffee and bladder cancer.
Now they are saying coffee may help protect against certain cancers that affect the womb and liver.

Additionally, health benefits of drinking coffee may protect against fatty liver disease, liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis.
Studies have suggested that drinking coffee may reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease and type two diabetes.

That's all great, really it is, but really we just love the taste.

Certain coffee authorities are saying drink no more than 400mg of caffeine a day – that's about five espressos.
Gee thanks, but we'll drink as much as we feel necessary.
