Food stylist Misuki Moriyasu has come up with something new, salad cakes.
Basically, these are salads that look like cakes and instead of traditional icing, the cakes are glazed with either tofu or cream cheese, then blended with vegetables to make them look like frosting.
The cakes are extremely healthy, after all, it's a salad that looks like cake.
The cakes contain whole vegetables, with soybean flour.
They look great, but we'll stick with regular cake with real icing.
