The findings point to a broader change in how people in Britain approach faith and spirituality. Rather than simply becoming less interested in spirituality, many people appear to be exploring different ways of connecting with the sacred, nature, and their own sense of meaning and purpose.
Christianity continues to welcome new members, but more people are leaving than joining, contributing to an overall decline in Christian affiliation across Britain.
