Social status and what we think is important has been the measuring stick since the beginning of time.
We live, judge and work within the concept and context of status.
It’s society’s pecking order.
Not too long ago, status may have been measured by how much land could be farmed, or how many oxen or horses was owned.
That’s not as important these days because the rules that applies to status changes over time.
That’s what’s happening right now, we are in the middle of changing the rules again.
Some people still may value the most expensive car or house as the measuring stick for important status ranking.
But status without genuine self worth is rather shallow.
